Fablog continue to cooperate with Sany Group after the warehouse optimization designed by Fablog was passed the evaluation successfully in early September. Recently, the Sany Group invited Fablog GM- Mrs. Zhang to give a logistics training for its senior executives.

Sany Group is the leading enterprise of Chinese construction machinery manufacturing industry. Based on forward-looking, benign development of the strategy concept, the company executives optimize the logistics strategy to reduce logistics costs, improve logistics efficiency and establish a global logistics service system.

Therefore, Sany Group entrust Fablog with the optimization planning project of Sany Changsha factory No.13 WH by the end of May this year.

The WH has built recently, equipped with high-quality database of logistics facilities and equipment, as well as the VMI warehouse management and SAP warehouse management system. But as the warehouse running, the problems get more and more, such as area is not enough to use, parts stacking occupied lanes, sluggish logistics serious, goods inconsistent accounts, manage multi-level, non-standard operating processes, etc.

All these problems were resulted from unsystematic logistics design before construction.

Fablog has done detailed investigation and analysis to Sany’s over ten thousand of components on in/bound frequency, storage method, picking strategy, delivery to production line, racking system layout, space utilization efficiency, and internal forklift trucks and people’s movement, in order to work out an integrated logistics solution. The layout of the warehouse have been adjusted to develop a series of optimization measures under the circumstance of without building facilities changes, do not affect the warehouse to use, do not affect the production distribution. The measures include the clearing of funds sluggish tying materials, development of system storing concept, picking concept, routing and workflow and operation specifications, loading unit, IT system and software functional requirements, etc. Fablog provide technical support of implementation on site, including equipment installation support, employee training and tender documents and so on.
